The Sushi Bar

Big menu, short wait, no fuss

Hikari opened on Lindero Canyon in October 2022. The idea has stayed simple since: a menu wide enough that nobody at the table has to compromise, priced so a sushi dinner can be a weeknight thing.

Nigiri & Sashimi

Bluefin tuna, king salmon, hamachi belly, Hokkaido scallop, uni, A5 wagyu. Cut by the piece, or as a set combination with miso soup.

Over 100 Rolls

Regular rolls, fresh rolls, baked rolls, tempura rolls, and no-rice rolls wrapped in cucumber or soy paper. House favorites: the Hikari Roll and the Westlake Roll.

Party Trays

Four trays from 52 to 64 pieces for offices, birthdays and game nights. To-go only, 35-45 minutes from the time you order.
